About TJ White

Early Life

Small Town Kansas Kid

I grew up in a couple small towns in SE Kansas. As a kid I was in and out of trouble a lot. My goal in life was to be a Ranger but by the time I was old enough to join I was on juvenile diversion for all the trouble I had gotten into.

This helped straighten out my life. Realizing that if I ever wanted to reach my goal I needed to get my shit together. At 19 I was completely out of trouble and headed to the Army.

A New Path

Army Ranger

After finishing Basic, Airborne and RIP, I was stationed at Ft. Lewis with 2nd Ranger Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment. This was the start of something in my life that I wouldn’t realize until a few years ago. I went on 7 combat deployments, 4 on the line and 3 in Recce.

The amount of knowledge and experience I gained in that environment, with absolute professionals by my side and living a life that every kid dreams of, I'll never be able to measure but the dividends continue to pay me daily.

Post-Military Life

Life's Twists And Turns

Taking my values and work ethic with me to my next chapter in life, I began working as a security contractor overseas. Making more money than I had ever made in my life and plenty of free time I decided to start seeing the rest of the world. This made for some very fun times and a couple miserable times. This was just figuring things out and solving problems. Most of the countries I visited I did not speak the language. This brought me to places like Patagonia, Belize, 13 countries in 15 days in Europe and eventually to Costa Rica where I met my future wife. Taking planes, trains, buses, boats, motorcycles, walking and even hitchhiking a couple times I got to really understand my value, capabilities and mental strength.

During this time I began to drink more and more. My trips focused on parties and chasing something I didn’t quite understand. Feeling like everything was under control since I could show up to work and perform I never thought to question my actions.

One day I woke up on the floor with my two baby sons looking at me while they ate breakfast and I got up to go to the bathroom and get sick. This was enough. The person I had been was not going to work for the places I wanted to go or the example I wanted to set for my family.

A New Path

Awakened Ambition

Being a father was always at the top of my list for life goals and now that I had the chance, I did not want to waste this opportunity.

I made a vow to stop drinking and focus on the success of myself, my family, and my business. 365 days of no drinking and complete focus on success.

During that year I lost my 6-figure income, bought a rental, and completely renovated with no partners or crews, pushed myself through all the self-doubt, built a new way to live, started learning my value, capabilities and the power of my message to the world.

Path To Success

Dedicated To Helping Others

Now my focus is on growth, personal and professional development, health, wealth, being a better husband and father and unlocking potential.

Also, helping others by guiding them through these roadblocks and walls that life puts up for us and showing them that they are the master of their life and how to get it on track.Â
